We’re looking for a Content Creating intern to help create and repurpose long-form blogs, as well as other pieces of content to distribute across social networks such as, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

The most important requirement, is be willing to learn.

Let's Talk About You!

You understand the basics of social media.

You may not be a "Guru" and that is okay! We just need you to have a decent understanding of the different social networks and what is "acceptable" on each. Ideally you also would have some experience with scheduling tools such as, Hootsuite or Buffer.

You’re willing to collaborate with others.

Long Drive Agency is a small team so you’ll never feel like you’re just a number here. You can listen and provide input to help create, modify, and execute strategies. You can take critiques and use them to better your content.

You have had a blog.

It doesn't need to be anything fancy or have a lot of views, we just need to know you understand how blogs work, what makes them good, and how to repurpose content we give you.

A lot of this position will involve you taking long-form blogs and creating short pieces of content on social media, so you need to understand basic "storytelling" practices.

Things You Might Do...

Long Drive Agency is a small marketing agency, that’s growing quickly.

You’ll mainly be repurposing and scheduling blogs/social media content but odd jobs may pop up here and there.

Here are some things you may do:

Taking long-form blogs and creating shorter pieces of content from them
Creating (and scheduling) social media content using a scheduling tool
Regularly creating and updating a social media calendar
Understanding how to repurpose the same content posted on Facebook to Twitter and for it to look "native"
Collaborate with others on the structure of a piece of content and how it flows
Correcting grammatical errors
Give, receive, and apply feedback on both completed and in progress tasks
